Day 1 LIMA / HUARAZ
In the morning, transfer to the bus stations, assistance on departure. Eight-hour overland trip northeast, heading towards the Callejon de Huaylas. Afternoon arrival at Huaraz. Transfer to selected hotel.

Day 2 HUARAZ / CARHUAZ / MANCOS / RANRAHIRCA / YUNGAY / LLANGANUCO / HUISCASH
In the morning, departure to Huiscash at the Llanganuco Gorge, which offers a magnificent, view of the Huascaran (22,440 feet above sea level) and the Huandoy (21,112 feet about sea level) the highest peaks of the tropical Andes. En route, pass by the colorful towns of the Callejon de Huaylas such as: Carhuaz, Mancos, Ranrahirca, Yungay and the Llanganuco lagoons. Overnight at campsite at Huiscash at 12,540 feet above sea level

Day 3 PORTACHUELO / QUEBRADA VAQUERIA / PAMPA MACHE
Ascend to Portachuelo de Llanganuco (15,675 feet about sea level). Panoramic views of the snow-capped peaks Chopicallqui, Pisco, Chacraraju and Taulliraju. Descend along the Vaqueria George. Campsite at Pampa Mache at 12,408 feet above sea level

Day 4 QUEBRADA HUARIPAMPA / QUEBRADA PARIA
Hike by the Quebrada Huaripampa observing from the distance the Andean villages of Collo, Yanacha and Huaripampa. Panoramic view of the snow-capped peaks Chopicallqui, Pisco, Chacraraju and Taulliraju. Campsite at the entrance of Paria Gorge at 10,210 feet above sea level

Day 5 INCA ROAD / ABRA PUNTA UNION / TAULLIPAMPA
Ascend by the Inca Road to Abra Punta Union (15,774 feet above sea level). The impressive iced walls of Taulliraju (21,021 feet above Taullicocha Lake dominate the panorama. Campsite at Taullipampa at 12,540 feet above sea level

Day 6 SANTA CRUZ VALLEY / LAGOONS HATUNCOCHA - UCHICOCHA / LLAMA CORRAL
Descend down to the Santa Cruz Valley passing by the Hatuncocha and Uchicocha lagoons, habitat of different varieties of wild ducks. En route, view of the South side of the rock, iced and imposing snow-capped peak Alpamayo Peak (19,602 feet above sea level). Campsite at Llama Corral at 12,210 feet above sea level

Day 7 SANTA CRUZ GORGE / CASHAPAMPA / HUARAZ
Continue descending along the Santa Cruz Gorge enjoying the beautiful varied vegetation ecosystems until arrival at the village of Cashapampa (9.570 feet above sea level), admiring the variation of the different ecology floors and the beautiful Andean scenery. Bus transportation back to Huaraz. Afternoon arrival at the hotel for overnight.

Day 8 HUARAZ / LIMA
Morning transfer from the hotel to the bus station. Assistance on departure for the return trip. Early evening arrival in Lima. Transfer to the hotel.
