TYPE: The resort encompasses a series of seaside buildings with adjoining docks built on stilts at the edge of the sea. Victorian architecture garnished with spicy Island-English accent.
LOCATION: towards the west end of Utila village.
ROOMS: There are only eight bright, spacious rooms with large private bath and air-conditioning.
Nicely lay out with porch or balcony.
FACILITIES: Restaurant, full service diving store as well as diving
packages and rental equipment, including photo gear, instruction and certification
(if booked in advanced).
Full meal plan included with every diving or fishing package.
ACTIVITIES: Offshore and flats fishing. Hiking,
kayaking, picnicking, sight-seeing, horseback riding, lagoon excursions
and whale and shark watching expeditions available.
COMMENTS:
Focused on diving. Scuba divers
can expect some of the most spectacular encounters in the islands. Whale
shark and dolphin sightings are frequent, and sea mounts, walls and caverns
are a daily encounter.
