COMMENTS: The only resort with central air-conditioning in Roatan.

LOCATION: The south shore barrier reef wall and the wreck of the Prince Albert are just yards from your ocean front room, and are diveable without extra charges day and night.

ROOMS: All 25 rooms are ocean front with private porch or balcony - most are built over-water.
Nine air conditioned rooms and 4 deluxe bungalows are available in advance.
All with private bath, ceilling fans, daily maid service and hot showers.

FACILITIES: The clubhouse features 2 dining rooms, bar, game room, and library.

ACTIVITIES: Diving ( day and night), snorkeling, kayaking, and fishing.
