TYPE: 5 thatched cabanas with two rooms and thatched roof restaurant overlooking the Belize River.

LOCATION: Near Belmopan, on the other side of the Belize River

ROOMS: Have curving internal walls, split layout, and showers. They are simple but pleasant. Have hot/cold water, fans, and a little porch. They are for singles or can house 4 guests and have a small sitting room.

FACILITIES: Horseback riding. They also have their own Maya ruin with a hand-dug lagoon with several Morelet Crocodiles, and an 8" Meade telescope.

COMMENTS: Nestled near the river in a quiet jungle setting, in the midst of birds and animals.
