Spectacular beaches, mighty volcanos, and a round of golf in the tropics make this seven day package one of our all time favorites!

Day 1: After you land in San Jose, you will be taken to the prestigous Hotel Barcelo San Jose Palacio. Dinner is included. Overnight at the San Jose Palacio.

Day 2: Leave San Jose early that morning on the Highlights Tour, which will take you to Poas Volcano (breakfast on route), the famous La Paz waterfalls and a hummingbird gallery. After lunch, enjoy a boat ride on the Sarapiqui river, famous for its wildlife. Overnight at the Hotel Barcelo San Jose Palacio (dinner included).

Day 3: After breakfast, leave the hotel for the airport and the flight to Playa Tambor. Lunch, dinner, beverages, etc. are included and served at your leisure at Hotel Playa Tambor, where you will spend the night.

Day 4: You can surf, swim in the gentle waves, walk to beach end, or just laze about in one of the many hammocks. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus snacks and all beverages, are included. Overnight at Hotel Playa Tambor.

Day 5: Another day and night at this beautiful resort. Spend the day at the beach, play tennis or golf at the near-by golf course (green fees not included). Overnight at Hotel Playa Tambor.

Day 6: After breakfast (included), transfer by van for the short flight back to San Jose. Transfer to the San Jose Palacio (lunch and dinner included). Afternoon free to explore San Jose. Overnight at San Jose Palacio.

Day 7: After breakfast (included), you will be taken to the airport in ample time for your flight home.
