The Best of Nicaragua (8 days/ 7 nights)

DAY 1: Managua. Upon arrival in Managua, transfer to your hotel for overnight.

DAY 2: Managua - Selva Negra. After breakfast depart for the Selva Negra Cloud Forest walking trails in Matagalpa. Horseback riding, hiking and much more to do in Selva Negra. Overnight is in Selva Negra.

DAY 3: Selva Negra - Managua. Following breakfast, depart to the San Jacinto volcanic pools and later to Leon for a city tour with lunch. Continue to Managua and drop off at your hotel. Overnight is in Managua.

DAY 4: Managua - Granada. After breakfast, you will be transferred to Granada and will enjoy a Granada city tour, including the islets with lunch. Overnight is in the Alhambra hotel.

DAY 5: Granada - Montelimar. Following breakfast, you will be taken on a tour to Ometepe, including lunch. You will then be transferred to the Montelimar Resort for overnight in this all-inclusive hotel.

DAY 6: Montelimar. Day is at leisure at the beach. Overnight is at the Montelimar Resort.

DAY 7: Montelimar - Managua - Montelimar. Following breakfast, you will be taken to Managua for a city tour, and a visit to the Masaya Volcano National Park. After lunch you will be taken to the arts and crafts market. Overnight is back at the Montelimar Resort.

DAY 8: Montelimar. Following breakfast, you will be transferred back to Managua to your hotel or to the International airport.
