The Best of Honduras (7 days / 6 nights)

DAY 1: San Pedro Sula. Arrival in San Pedro Sula. A representative will meet you at the airport and will transfer you to the Caribbean Coast, where you will tour the Lancetilla Botanical Gardens, the second largest in the world. After lunch, you will continue to Tela for overnight accommodations at the Villas Telamar. (L)

DAY 2: Tela - Copan. Early this morning you will depart for Punta Sal National Park, where you will pay a visit to a 200-year old Garifuna Village and enjoy Punta Sal, a coastal forest park, inhabited by dolphins, monkeys, and a myriad of birds. After lunch you will continue to Copan for overnight accommodations at the Marina Copan hotel. (B,L)

DAY 3: Copan. After breakfast you will enjoy a guided tour of the famous Copan archaeological site and the Mayan Sculpture Museum. After lunch you will visit "Las Sepulturas", a former Mayan residential area located next to the ruins. Free evening to enjoy the charming village of Copan or do some shopping. Overnight. (B,L)

DAY 4: Copan - Roatan. This morning you will depart for San Pedro Sula's Airport to take a connecting flight to Roatan. Upon arrival you will be transferred to Fantasy Island. Overnight.

(B) DAY 5 / 6: Roatan. During these two full days, experience Roatan at your own pace. Snorkeling, fishing, water sports, or just relaxing on the beach are just some of the popular activities you may enjoy on this paradise island. Overnight.

(B) DAY 7: Roatan - San Pedro Sula - Home. At the appointed time, you will be transferred to the airport in time for your connecting flight to San Pedro Sula and your return flight home. (B)
